Keynote Speaker: DSCA Director Mike Miller

We are honored to welcome Mr. Mike Miller, Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), as our keynote speaker. Mr. Miller leads the charge in strengthening U.S. defense and foreign policy by enhancing allied and partner capabilities through Foreign Military Sales and International Military Education. A seasoned leader in defense trade, counterterrorism, and regional security, he has spent more than 24 years shaping U.S. foreign policy at DSCA and the Department of State.
